Clean and spacious lobby.

My recent stay was incredibly disappointing. We checked in only to find our room was not ready, and no one bothered to inform us that we were stuck on the pet floor. The ongoing noise from barking dogs and commotion in the hallway made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To add to our frustration, the strong smell of pet urine lingered, which was not mentioned at check-in.

The stay was mostly pleasant with clean facilities and friendly staff. However, I did experience some issues like a leaky faucet and limited seating in common areas. Overall, it’s a decent choice for a short getaway, especially given its convenient location near attractions.

The staff quickly resolved our room availability issue, which was appreciated. The beds in the deluxe room were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

In my wife's opinion, the room's cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom wasn't as tidy as it should have been, and it would be great if they provided more seating for families with children.
